$500 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum. A reservation fee of $2,000 is to be paid when mediation is scheduled. Parties will be billed for time for the mediation, pre-mediation review of submissions and conference(s) with lawyers (and parties if requested), necessary travel (at $250 per hour and reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses) and other time deemed necessary and appropriate for the mediation. Fees are generally divided equally among all parties but may be paid as otherwise agreed by the parties.

Shep is available to conduct mediations virtually or in-person and will travel to accommodate the parties and their counsel.

Notification of cancellations or rescheduling requests should be provided as soon as possible.  If mediation is canceled and notification provided to the mediator within 7 days of the scheduled mediation date, the reservation fee will be fully refunded; it is

non-refundable unless the mediation is promptly rescheduled and concluded.
